Rio's TV is dead...as in will not turn on at all. I just spoke with the TV tech at John Eye's & he says it sounds as though it is the power supply & that part will cost $371 + $100 for the installer to come here & do it. I was thinking $250 was what we should pay to fix it & above that, just buy a new one. It's a 52" tv but it is rear-projection

Physics! You are brave! However, I know you will not end up like the physics students at my work, who walk about mumbling physics problems to themselves.

So is Diamond Rio getting a new TV, then? Does he like football?

The problem was actually not the TV but the outlet itself. So no need for a new TV, just plugged it in elsewhere. Hooray saving money! :)
I might start mumbling random incoherent things to myself because the physics has driven me crazy but I doubt I'll be mumbling problems!!
