it's become a ritual. when i am overwhelmed, i come to my livejournal. when all the billions of things are piling up on my to do list, i come here. it is a safe haven for me, where i can forget about my troubles ( Read more... )

no one ever said that we have the right to have lives of our own anyway. no one ever said that if we want we can do what we want and its ok. i never heard anyone say that i can be who i want to be and serve God and he'll be happy with me. because he wont. and the people that i have heard say those things don't love my God, they don't fear my God, but they are the ones that say i don't belong. they are the ones that say i'm wrong, the ones that live for the world and their own selves and claim God all along. but whos wrong? one who's given their life back to their Creator, and lives on his knees, or one that becomes the creator and serves his own needs? you see, the only way to gain Life is to lose it, to not view life how the rest of the world views it. so take your focus off your own life and let God use it.

Hmmm...I could guess who wrote that, but I don't want my stinging opinion to cramp my day.

Next time some one wants to call leslie 20 times, lay the smackdown and be Lik "Bitch! no you can't call leslie, now go and play with your barbie!
