Des Moines and Iowa City

So I need to decide before monday my summer fate. The choice is between Iowa City and Des Moines. In the balance are finances, friends, and classes. My preffered course schedual will have me in Iowa City. However I will more likely find a job and have a free place to stay in Des Moines. Split slightly more evenly is the issue of friends. I
