I've read that the first prong of the attack on Prop 8 will be in state court and will be a challenge to the initiative process itself- that is a persuasive argument that amending the state constitution to eliminate "state guaranteed fundamental rights" via the initiative procedure is improper.

Shouldn't we also say, fuck those people that voted for this nonsense?
