You Hang out on Dates... Don't you?

Who: Riwane and Jon
What: 'Hanging Out'
Where: Cafeteria and beyond!
When: Sunday 27 into Monday 28

After a short talk over the network and over the phone, Riwane and Jon decide to meet up at the cafeteria and then decide from there where they want to head out to.

Jon didn't exactly take his time getting to the cafeteria either. It didn't exactly show on his face, but he was looking forward to this. It would be nice to spend a little quality time, being they really... hadn't since the party. The party he hadn't even intended on going to.

To say a lot had changed was an understatement. Considering when he'd first seen her, he wanted to eat her for dinner, things had definitely progressed in an unforseen direction. And being that talking about how he was feeling had never been his strong suit... or... even one of his weaker suits, he wasn't exactly sure how to express any of that. It was a little overwhelming. And more than a little frightening, in a way. He really was a tightly bundled mess of insecurities when it all came down to it.

So, maybe he could gain a little more clarity this evening.

"Hey. Hope I didn't keep you waiting overly long?"

She hadn't noticed his arrival, too involved in her music and her thoughts for the evening. truth be told, she was very much excited to see him again and it could easily be seen from the way she was smiling.

Once she heard his all too familiar voice, she turned on her heel and her smile only grew into a cheerful grin as she took two quick steps and pounced against him, embracing him almost immediately in a tight hug.

"Ey' there Moonshine! How've yew been?"

"I've been well." Jon replied, returning the hug a little awkwardly - he would probably never quite get used to how enthusiastic her affections were, even in public. But that was alright. He didn't have to.

"How are you doing? You staeted eating yet?" he asked, casting an eye around to see if she'd gotten her own tray yet.

"Nawt yet, jus' a few nips here an' there on mah way here. Figured Ah'd leave sum room for the entirety of tha caf yew know?" she grinned playfully as she held onto his hand and tugged him towards the cafeteria.

"Now let's git ta eatin'!"

"Sounds good." Jon replied, grabbing himself a tray and a plate and setting it down on the counter, grabbing various things with various spoons from various trays. It was chilli night again and Jon was certainly all about some no-bean chilli and a little cornbread to wash it down.

"How'd midterms go for you, then?" he asked.
