[TODAY IS A GOOD DAY TO SWIM, says Blast in his mind.

He decides to do it in the only way he knows how to enjoy the pool in his own leisure: In his Blastoise form! Today has been a pretty dull day for him, so Blast decided to spend the afternoon in the pool.

Only today he was going to go into the pool in the best/worst way possible. Taking a running start out, as he drew closer he jumped up into the air to stagedive himself into the water. There were possibly going to be no survivors.]

[NO, BLAST, IT IS NOT A GOOD DAY TO SWIM.

Marie had been ducked under the surface with his eyes shut when Blast dove into the water. As the heavy Pokemon hit the water, a pretty sizable wave crashed across the pool, carrying the Squirtle with it. His eyes popped open and he wiggled his little arms. The wave fell and Marie was slowly dropped onto the cement below him.

He stood.]

[God, Marie hated the sound of his chuckle. And his voice. And everything. The little Squirtle let out a particularly un-menacing growl of frustration. He toddled back into the water, stalling at the edge.]

[It may surprise the Squirtle to see a Venusaur come into the swimming pool, but sure enough, here is Vinnie. Complete with orange swim trunks.

He also seemed to be half dead and really sweaty.

So when he spotted Marie, he could only manage an exhausted groan before hitting the water.]

[It did surprise the Squirtle to see Vinnie at the pool. Although what would have surprised him even more, would be seeing Sasha there. He kept his nose and mouth underwater as he swam over to the Venusaur. Who... didn't appear to look so great.

Marie didn't lift his head to stay anything. Instead, he just stared, expecting a response.]

[Okay, a brief dunk in the water seemed to have revived the Venusaur somewhat. He stood up in the shallow end of the pool, a wet green mess of hair all over his face.

Yeah, he could see the top of Marie's head swimming towards him. It took a second for Vinnie to greet him though.]

[He swam back out into the deeper end before surfacing the rest of his head. He looks the tiniest bit sympathetic.]

Just in time for Marie to recover from the tidal wave Blast caused, here was another person looking to make a cannonball.

"WHEEE!!"

However, she was much much smaller than the Blastoise. So the splash was pretty tame.

Lip's splash didn't cause the same tidal wave that had carried the Squirtle out of the pool. But it did irritate him. The fact that Marie didn't recognize the long girl just bothered him even more. He swam to the opposite edge of the pool and wondered if he would be as invisible as he hoped he was.

Lip's head popped out of the water after her cannonball, unfortunately spotting the blue haired boy instantly. She didn't say anything at first, bringing a hand to the surface and giving a little wave.

Marie didn't stayed silent, too. He did meekly wave back at Lip though. He hoped that maybe she had just come to swim on her own and she'd leave him alone...

While it might not have been a very common sight, there was a Charmander approaching the water, laying on her stomach at the edge of the pool and swatting at the water playfully!

Riwane knew the dangers, but she had always had a fascination towards the ocean and any body of water, even if it was just a pool. Maybe it was the fact she couldn't fully enjoy it that made it so alluring? Whichever the case, she loved water!

She noticed she wasn't alone and offered a warm smile and a friendly wave to the occupant!

"'Ey there~"

A Charmander... Marie was a little taken aback when he heard the stranger's voice. He was even more surprised when the voice belonged to a Fire type. He wondered if he could get away with ducking back underwater and pretending he didn't hear her.

But he was uncharacteristically polite. He replied, "Hi." And that was it.

Riwane smiled, still enjoying the feel of the water against her hand as she swashed it back and forth, looking as the actions made the water make small waves in turn. Water was so fun!

She turned to look at the oddly quiet... what she assumed was another student... actually better not assume, you know what they say about assuming.

"You a student 'ere?" She asked in her usual friendly tone.

Ah, what a good day to swim. Wario did enjoy the pool, both the swimming part, and the relaxing-by-it-with-a-martini part.

Wario was decked out in his very fashionable swimsuit that probably came from the early 1900s. He also wore a bathing cap to protect his beautiful brown hair from getting wet. Ah yes, now Wario was prepared to embrace the water.

Standing atop the diving board, Wario shouted "CANONBALL!" and jumped, tucking himself into a ball and landing in the water with a considerable splash.

Wow, alright. Marie promptly got out of the pool when Wario showed up. He avoided Wario's splash and idled at the edge of the pool. He debated grabbing his towel and leaving, but he stalled just a bit...

Oh, he wasn't alone. Feh. There was some skinny blue-haired kid there who was probably going to get in his way of relaxing. Now, if the kid would stay away, that would be great and nobody would get hurt. Yet.

Wario noticed that he was pretty much standing at the edge of the pool like an idiot.

"Kid, are you staying or leaving? Make up your mind!"
