[HEART SWAP EVENT] Oak and Otacon!

Who: Linebeck (Background), Oak, Otacon, Manaphy, Possibly Surge.
What: Oak and Otacon gets "swapped" while they attempt to test out Ota's pokedex
Where: Near Linebeck's office (hallway!)
When: The afternoon of Monday, July 7th

Linebeck, as usual, was very busy with grading papers. Being careful about spilling over his large piles of math

Manaphy was having his usual school day: Going to classes, chatting with friends in the halls, meeting new people. Despite his being in sumabura for many weeks, he still didn't meet all the fascinating people going to the school.

Right now, he was walking back to the dorms, taking the route that happened to pass the office of Linebeck, the person who had helped him get into the school. Despite that initial companionship, Manaphy never really saw Linebeck proper after the ferry had dropped the two off. Nevertheless, he kept on walking...

“...so if your theories are correct, we may be able to use an electabuzz to supply electricity to a building for an entire year? That's simply amazing Professor Oak!” Following yesterday's café, Otacon's mind had been abuzz with the thoughts of finally being able to use his pokedex to scan one of the school's many Pokemon residents. Sure, like Linebeck had said at the cafe, it was easier just to ask them for their names...but certainly not as exciting! After all, Otacon was a true nerd at heart, and liked to do things the difficult way.

He just had no idea the price he was about to pay for doing just that.

"Indeed! Many electric Pokemon have been able to power many types of buildings~ They've proven themselves quite useful to Pokemon Centers that have the tendency to lose power for whatever reason~" The Professor answered, feeling much better than he did this morning. "Has any problems come up with your pokedex since last night?" he asked, keeping pace with his newest buddy fellow nerd.

Ahh, Oak. From the lab to the school, he still was in contact with the things he loved, studying Pokemon, and keeping an eye on his grandson, Green. Certainly a big change at first, however, he was liking it for the better part~

“No, everything works fine professor!” Otacon said as he continued to smile. “I just haven't found a Pokemon to scan yet. I tried it on a young boy named Mallow a few hours ago...he did look rather puzzled at my actions. After a rather embarrassing explanation I decided to wait for you, since you obviously have a much better visual eye for who are Pokemon students than I do.”

While walking, Manaphy looked up to see two unfamiliar faces...most likely teachers, as he noted from their appearances. Apparently they were excited for something...but he didn't really know of what.

So he did what he usually did. Walking a bit more lightly, he greeted them.

"H-hello mana~ I don't think I've ever seen you before..."
