This isn't Zoology, however it seems going over some bits of it has been helping keep you all interested. We've already went over cells and DNA, might as well try to take today's session with more creature analyzes. Just be glad I haven't felt like getting into a lengthy technical lecture

Poor Ionia. Good thing there aren't any here.
So... wait. Are they insects or mammals?
If they have larvae, that sounds kinda like bugs, but fur...
I guess it could be kind of like how some caterpillars are hairy?

Grub-Dogs are insects believe it or not. Apparently we have some VERY interesting creatures on this planet!
Yes it pains me so to see Pikmin get devoured whole...What's worse is I've seen it all way too many times. I remember when I first encountered a Bulborb. One of the many horrific images I can't get out of my head. I remember how absolutely crushed I was to see the Pikmin that had help recover my ship's engine become humongous bug's lunch! Quite a violent sight...
Don't worry Lucas, Pikmin's natural predictors live only in the wildest parts of Earth. So any Pikmin like Ionia (Lovely name by the way!) I have brought into the city should be a lot safer. Though I still don't recommend leaving them out of a potted plant or a building at night, you never know about those wild dogs around.

That... that is really sad. I'm glad Ionia won't have to be scared of them, and I'm sure Jeff would never let it wander around at night. Not unless one of us was watching it, anyway.
(And, um... thanks. We named it after somebody who really changed my life.)

Thank you, teacher Olimar! Yoshi promises to take good care of red Pikmin! ^___^
