Bonechill hesitated before he answered. He had never... Per say.. Been taught.

Rather, he had been created as being with all the knowledge he would ever need for the job at hand, though Bonechill himself found such limited knowledge insufficient, and had striven to learn as much as possible in the early years of the Creation.

"...Yes. It was quite difficult, as I suppose it is for all students. Though, knowledge does not come easily, Ms. Selene. Work hard, try your best, and I am sure you will succeed in your efforts."

Selene leaned back in her seat, taking another sip of tea or two as Bonechill spoke. Well, as Bonechill held back for a brief moment, and then spoke.

"Oh, I had only assumed...! My, I ever wonder what may have happened if I had never gone to this school. If I had remained at Popples, what would have become of me? Would I be the same as I am, or would I have yet changed into something different? What would my path be?"

She then paused, before giving off a chuckle. "Oh goodness, but I mustn't ramble so much of my homeland. Surely you must understand fondness for your land of birth?"

Bonechill nearly dropped his teacup, though managed to steady it once more.

He dreaded the day someone asked about his homeland, his birthplace, the cursed realm that cast him to the deepest pit of the Underwhere.

"..Ah.. My homeland.. Yes.. I can't honestly say I miss it.." he muttered and cast his eyes down.

Well, that wasn't quite the reaction she was seeking. Did Bonechill not like his homeland? Was it due to the land itself? The people? His family? Selene was unsure, and while she didn't mean to pry, she was highly curious.

"You do not? That is a dear shame, sir. If you do not mind my asking," She began her question. "Why do you not miss it? It is your place of birth, so I would only imagine that it might be a place to be treasured."

At least, so she believed. Then again, she grew up and was born in the paradise that was Popples. She had no idea what it was like growing up in a deep, dank area where one must go when their game was over.
