He was looking around and doing his best to keep his opinions to himself, however. In his own mind, he knew exactly who was behind this and he didn't feel the need for proof. It was Eggman. It was ALWAYS Eggman.

Other than what Sonic had told her, Amy wasn't completely sure what happened. Despite her uneasiness towards Wave, she would not turn down a chance to help Sonic. Wave probably didn't deserve what happened to her, rogue or not, and it was the right thing to do.
Even though she was ready to pull out the Piko Piko Hammer, she didn't need to be told twice to not use it. Unlike Knuckles, Amy was confident that this could be solved in a civil fashion. Even if Eggman WAS behind it, they could always hand his butt on a platter.

Pep talks were not her forte, nor did she enjoy listening to them. She could only hope all Sonic was going to say was a load of instructions.
As much as Sonic (and Tails, and Cream, and Marine) had helped her in the past, she felt obligated to reciprocate, though she would do the same if either of them were in danger. She tested her fire skills by lighting up one of her hands, and crushing it out with a clenched fist. Seemed in working order.
Good.
