Creepermar strikes again!leadthemalongJanuary 5 2010, 18:17:48 UTC
Olimar watched people gather and play in the snow from a distance. He smiled, pleased to see that others could find something positive about this cold, unbearable weather. Though each year felt just a little less cold to the captain, was it because of his human form adapting? He held a hand out, observing the snow that fell upon it. There was something about the glassy appearance of ice and snow that was charming. Even though Olimar couldn't wait for spring, it paid to have appreciation for all four of the seasons.
Though if someone say, a bounty hunter were to throw a snowball at him, there would be hell to pay.
Once again, Ivan found himself strolling through the snow with Gust nestled in his hair. He couldn't help but continue to be amazed by the vast sea of white no matter how many times he saw it.
The concept of snowball fights escaped him at the moment; his guard was down completely.
Fortunately, there was at least someone else that wasn't involved in any snowball fights. Olimar recalled having left a message to the boy when he first arrived at school. Like he does for EVERYONE. "Greetings, Ivan!" he waved in a friendly fashion, showing that he remembered Ivan's name. "Not partaking in snowball fights, I see." The captain's focus returned to the sky. "The snow is so pleasant when it's not tainted by city pollutants."
Ivan laughed a little as he waved to his teacher. "Hi Professor Olimar," to be honest he hadn't realized there was a snowball fight going on in the distance. "Not yet anyways!"
He wouldn't be the first to throw a snowball, but if someone threw one at him then the game was on.
But for now, Ivan followed Olimar's gaze to the sky. "That's true," he agreed. "I'm glad it's still so white after all this time."
Amy was just about done finishing her snowman's smiley face. Hopefully she could find some twigs or branches to make arms. Her guard was down, but she would never turn down a snowball fight either.
Oh no, her snowman! Now that was just MEAN. Amy looked around to see who the perpetrator was... until a snowball landed on her head. Where were they coming from?
"BAHAHAHA!" From way up in the branches of the nearby trees, Shadow laughed as he watched Amy spin in frustration. "Looking for somebody?" he yelled down at her, tossing another snowball up and down in his hand, waiting for another opening.
That snowball is going to smack against Mario's face and the result is him falling over which also coincidentally knocks over his snowman as well. Geez, who the heck did that!?
Hurm... Snowball fights. Brendan wasn't the most excitable when it came to outdoor activities other than birdPokémon-watching and photography, so he just stood off to the side.
Mudkip, on the other hand, seemed like he was enjoying rolling around in the snow.
Sorry, Brendan. You're not getting off the hook that easily. Once Gold has shook the snow out of his jacket and off his mittens, he went to find another victim. There he was! That boy! The Pokemon trainer who Gold forgot to introduce himself to.
No time like the present, right? Gold took a running start, clumsily gathering a handful of snow and throwing it in Brendan's direction without shaping it.
Brendan noticed someone rushing towards him... He squinted his eyes slightly just in time to get his face slobbered with the cold.
Sputtering, he wiped his face with his sleeve; that kid was asking for it!! He quickly gathered up some snow by his feet to make two snow balls, and ran at Gold to throw them at the other trainer... or at least he tried to.
Even though he traveled all around the Hoenn region and he threw Pokéballs, he wasn't that skilled in aiming and throwing.
"Hahahaha! Nice shot, bozo!" Gold yelled, toeing backward a step or two and grabvbing a larger handful of snow. This time, Gold took the time to shape the snow into two small snowballs.
He tossed the first one, then tripped on himself backwards and fell onto his (now-snowy) backside.

Sorry, Olimar, but your observations are being interrupted by a few snowballs to the back of the head.

"Woops, sorry about that, hahaha. Care for a little one on one?"
Honestly Sonic hadn't expected that snowball to knock him into the snowman, but what was done was done.

"All-a right."
And now he's making a snowball and throwing it at you Sonic!

"Woops, you missed!"
He didn't even notice the ice flower that had sprung up closely to Mario.
