They're almost there! The Teacher's Dorms are only a few feet away, but something's blocking their path. More like someone, but smaller and with gray fur, a stripped tail, pointy ears, and a mask-like marking across its eyes. Who can that possibly be ( ... )

A worried Adrianna was comforting a wailing Adrian before the two noticed the stranger standing behind them. When they heard his voice, the two turned to face him with mouths closed shut... well mostly as one is crying up a storm.

What to do, what to do... Daddy told them to never talk to strangers, but one of the two is hurt and there's blood on his hand. Could the tall man with the ponytail help them? He seems concerned, so it can't be a trick, right? Adrianna isn't so sure, but her brother's willing to give him a chance.

"The raccoon... he bit me!" The boy cried in-between sniffs and hiccups. "It hurts! It hhhuurrrttssss!!! *SSSQQQUUUEEEAAAKKKKK*!!!"

Adrianna stared at the mercenary, trying to be brave but fear is plastered all over her face. She has to be strong for her brother... she won't cry... she won't...

"*SSSSQQQUUUEEEEAAAKKK!!!*"

Well... at least she tried.
