This is an awful lot of reading to be doing when I just want to make a pie... Hmmm... This is almost as tricky as Autoshop and Biomech...

I suppose working with cookbooks does involve a lot of reading, though... especially if someone wants to experiment with the recipes.

It is tricky ... but with practice and work, I think you can do it.
