GSA meeting no. 1!

Characters: Nurse Catherine, Vivian, whoever wants to join the GSA/can take the time out from playing M3.
What: First GSA meeting.
Where: In some classroom? *Maybe Blacky's, she said she was interested*
When: Futuredated to maybe, uhm.... Wednesday? if the Combat Situation kids would be back by then?
Rating: PG-13 at the most, I'm guessing.

Ironcly, Lash was one of the first people to arrive.

"I want ten batches of your best scout cookies!" she screamed happily.

It was Lash who looked confused at the nurse's confusion. "Girl Scout Cookies! Sami told me how good they were! This is the GSA meeting right? Girl Scouts Association!"

She paused a moment, then brought ne hand up to her mouth to try and hide her laughter.
"Haha... Oh my. No, no, I'm sorry, you're mistaken... this is the Gay Straight Alliance meeting, nothing to do with the girl scouts." She shook her head, and motioned toward the tables of food.
"We do have some cookies though, if you'd like!"

Tubba Blubba was, as he was with almost everything, nervous about this. If he walked in, someone might see him walk in, and get ideas, and bully him even more. And once he was inside, who was to say that anyone would like him? It wasn't like he'd found anywhere else in the school where he wasn't going to get made fun of for something, except his room. And what if Bow was there?

...On the other hand, it could go well. It was supposed to be an organization that helped fight bullying somehow, and even if he wasn't exactly passionate about their cause, and even if he had no idea himself, it was... worth a shot.

Deep breaths, deep breaths, aaaaaand...

He opened the door just enough to slip inside, hoping he wasn't going to be noticed by too many people.

"Tubba!" Jolt had just walked in and was making his way towards the orange haired male. "What's up?"

It was nice to see someone he knew here, no matter if Tubba was gay or straight or somewherething in the between.

Tubba Blubba jumped slightly, and whirled around, arms raised- oh, it was just Jolteon. "H-hi. Nothing. Just... saw... an announcement f-for this..." Tubba Blubba retained his title as the Master of Eloquence. He wasn't sure if it was better or worse to see someone he knew.

Grinning, Jolt stood alongside Tubba, seeming not to notice the instinctual cower.

"Yeah, so did I. Seems like a pretty good idea to me, and I figured I could meet some new friends here. I'll bet you can find some really cool people to be your friend too, Tubba!"

Jolt gave a winning smile.

Vivian came in later. "Haha, sorry I'm late. I didn't realize this was happening until earlier today..." Poor him. He started a club and then couldn't even show up on time for the first meeting.

He took a cookie from the table. "Hehe, how thoughtful."

Birdo shot a smile owards the door, and waved with a grin.
"Hey there, Vivi, honey! Nice to see you show up finally." She winked playfully, and let out a small giggle.

Jolteon decided to make his appearance at the GSA--for several reasons, obviously. Feeling more courageous than usual, he strode in and was pleased to find Tubba Blubba there--hey, someone he knew!

Jolt made his way over to talk to his fearful friend.

And of course, where would a GSA be without one of the faggiest teachers in the whole damn school? Of course, Goose just HAD to pop on by, scanning the room and flashing a grin. Well, would you look at that... it finally got done.

"Hey, didn't think this'd be happenin' now...! I knew it'd happen, but not so soon!" He lowered his glasses just slightly, making sure his eyes wouldn't be seen. He recalled what Vivian had said about a GSA, conveniently around the time he had come out himself. And now, here it was!

Catherine looked up to see Goose walk in, and gave him a wave.
"Hello, Goose!" She stood from her chair, and walked to him. "I know, right? I'm so thrilled there are students willing to do something like this! I just wish this sort of this was acceptable when I was a student, but.. better late then never, right?"

"I'll say!" The pilot groaned, remembering his childhood back when he was an adolescent in Holiday. "I remember the ol' days when this shit was shunned! S'a huge change from then!" Goose glanced around at everyone else in the room, which even included none other than Jolteon and of course Vivian, which he waved to.

"Makes me glad this school's so acceptin'..." For the most part.

She rolled her eyes. "Oh, my God, it was horrible! I got so much shit when I came out... Don't know why I though that was a good idea." Catherine laughed, and shook her head.
"But, oh well. That's behind us now!"
