There's no kanji in the second line. That's katakana.

It makes you a failure of a nerd, you nerd.

I'll admit, I don't know shit about katakana that aren't in my name, or the same as the hiragana. I am the worst Japanese student :(

So I actually know the second frame is ga.... tsu?

You would be better off looking at the filename for that one. It's gashi.

The entire thing reads:
