I've always wondered how it was possible for Alex to just reappear out of the blue on the series, without anyone knowing that she was back, and how that storyline would fit in the A/O fandom. I appreciate how delicate you're handling her return; she's been forced to be so many different people that she doesn't know how to be Alex anymore. Gah. And I loved this line

AW wow thank you so so much! LOL I'm such an angst whore too and I know I've added Hannah to the mix, but I've tried to make sure I do discuss every angle besides her for why Alex didn't come back. Hannah obviously makes a couple of things different and they'll have their own issues over that eventually, but there are plenty of things that would still be the same. I loved writing this fic series because I did love getting to explore Alex's emotional states so much. It's really nice to know that someone truly understands it. Again, thank you SO much!
