you should add me!

I'm auditioning for the choir today (well, possibly, if I get my laptop stuff sorted out).

Also, the local community theatre (Prairie Players) is doing Suesical, so probably won't audition for that - although I've been told to consider auditioning for Babes in Arms. Who knows, it might be interesting, the stage here is pretty incredible (rotates as either a proscenium theater with extra seats, or as a in the round stage). And I'm registering for a group voice lesson class, helps with part of my minor.

You're added. :) The theater sounds cool. Pictures anywhere? Good luck with the auditions! And I bet you'll have a blast in the voice class. Seussical...welllll...have you heard it? It's not the worst show I've ever seen. Might be worth going to watch auditions and gathering info for next time. If nothing else, you could meet more theater geeks at Babes in Arms...

Ooops...lj sends mail to my old address and I never check it, but lo and behold...today I did!

Yay! "I have another friend!" Gotta love Sweeney.

Is life OK out there? I know it was the best option in order for you to be someplace you want to be next year, but I worry that you hate it and it was all my terrible idea. :)

life is ok. I just got two jobs (barnes and nobles and express) so I'm not as worried about money, but of course I'm still plenty worried! I'm meeting many people, and it's fun. They're actually building dorms in a few years, but I probably wont be around. I'm trying to get money to turn in my applications for cmu, gvsu, western, emu, because those will need to be in soon, and then I'll be planning auditions again. It'll be a drag doing the whole anxious panic audition thing again, but this time I'll have a year under my belt...

How's life out there, is it OK?

You know, it's OK. I really like the area a lot. The job is so-so. No new close friends on the horizon...but I've got Chris around again so it's all good.

I actually did update yesterday, and now you can read it, so you should!!

I heard Andrea went in to get induced a couple of days ago...haven't heard anything since!

OH! Totally didn't see this until tonight! I'm not sure why I didn't get an email saying this comment was here. Anyway, yes. You can be my friend. :) Thought I scared you away with that wacky email I sent you....One note of caution...certain information contained herein is not for ears of corntown children in general yet, so you must needs be circumspect, Sir Dan. Oops. Just went wacky again. Sorry about that.

Hey Hou! Laura Strunk, here! I didn't know you had lj! Can I be your friend? (Haha this sounds like I'm in second grade and we're trading Beanie Babies for friendship)

Hey. I still have some Beanie Babies. I just didn't buy them. My mommy did. And as long as I can keep all my own Beanie Babies you can be my friend. By the way, the Birkenstock Bear just got moved to a new place - now he's on my dresser in the bedroom. :) Yeah. I made one of these things a while ago to communicate with a long-distance friend who now no longer has one. Whoops!

Joy. You may keep your old Beanie Babies. I think I have three tins full of them in my basement

Well as long as we're on the topic of children trading items for friendship, it's Emily R. and you can have some of my play-do.

Play-do! Now that's a different story! Did you ever have the play do barbershop where you could make long stringy playdo hair grow out of these plastic peoples heads and then cut it with plastic scissors? Crazy. :)
