The time has come!!! In a few days the first fic has been posted. Before then though I want to know how you're travelling, if there are any problems I should be aware of and if your fic/art is ready. 32K down, about 1K of wrap-up to go.

Just got the art and am just gobsmacked by it. so exciting!

Fic part is a bit more than 1k away (more like 5k), but very close and getting there, and I've got airplane trips coming up so plenty of writing time to do it in. If worst comes to worst, I'll finish it up a little sooner than I'd planned - the main action is done at this point and it's just finishing off the various threads.

Artist part is very nearly done, with a lot of author interaction this week. I had to give over my second one to Ctbn, though, as I really didn't have time for it and my fic. Looks like it worked out, though. ^_^

Fic is done (sorta) and beta'd -- I have a second chunk that I'd -like- to have done and include in the SVBB piece by the post date, but I think the fic is okay standalone as-is where it currently ends. ctbn60 made a wonderful splash for it, and nicnac918's betaing was awesomeness itself -- very responsive and helpful :)
