Fry-up (for Blaine)

Saturday morning, David knocks on Blaine's door early but not too early. He wants to make it to the dining hall before they stop serving breakfast, but he doesn't want to disturb Blaine if he wants a lie in.

Blaine answers the door after a moment. His hair is not contained by the gel it normally is has he hasn't made it to the shower yet this morning but he grins when he sees David. "Hey, Good morning."

"About other things? Let me guess, you're amazing memorization skills?" he teases a bit, grinning at David to show how he is joking.

David laughs, shaking his head. "Well...I'm clever. People tell me sometimes."

"That's good. Being clever is more important anyway."

"You think so? Sometimes I'd rather be charming and beautiful."

*cuddles up with* can i just pretend the real world doesn't exist for a bit?

"You can be all three?"

David laughs as they head across the courtyard to the dining hall. "I'm not charming or beautiful."

Blaine raised his brow a bit. "Maybe you aren't looking at yourself the right way."

David gives him a bemused look. "How should I be looking at myself?"

"I don't know if that's something I can tell you. It's something you have to discover for yourself."

[smallgayjew]

"Yes, I suppose that's why we're here, isn't it?"

[mediumdrip]

"It is. I'll help where I can."

[smallgayjew]

"Thank you," he says with a smile. "I'll do the same."

[mediumdrip]

"Good. I could probably use the help."

[smallgayjew]

"So could I, I'm sure."

[mediumdrip]

"You have a lot of friends who are looking out for you though."
