Good morning.

[Smiles right back. She's pleased with how friendly everyone is.]

I'm really glad to see that even in a place like this, so many people are still holding on to their faith.

How wonderful! I guess we'll be seeing a lot of each other then.

My name is Alice. It's very nice to meet you.

[You just got hold of the local nun! Who... stayed out of the head priest's way during the actual Mass, but at least she's an actual person.

Lightly surprised that she's being addressed, she turns to face the other woman with a small and welcoming smile.]

Not at all. How may I help you, miss?

I've only been in town a short while, so there are some things that still confuse me.

Is it true that the denomination of this church changes weekly?

I thought that I was seeing a new face. I've been here for some time now, so do feel free to ask anything that comes to mind.

[Her shoulders slump a little as she exhales.] That's right. I'm a Roman Catholic myself, but the interiors of this Church, as well as the preaches of the head drone priest, vary weekly between Protestantism, Methodism, Baptist, and so on. ...It can definitely get confusing and become hard to follow, but unfortunately, that can't be helped.

But still, this place does give off a feeling of being sacred. Holy.

So the confusing doctrine can't be hurting things too much.
