My Grandma caught the bus in to Bristol the other day, fell over because the bus pulled off before she could sit down, banged into one of the hand posts and broke her arm. She refused to let the any one call an ambulance but instead continued to the stop near her house, then, as my Aunt Susan was out, walked to the nearest bus stop and caught a bus

That's awful, why couldnt the bus driver wait for 5 secs or so for your grandmother to sit down? really cheeses me off when i hear things like that. Sounds like shes an incredibly brave lady, but tell her to sue the arse of the bus company!

on a different note, are you & mark going to Ara next Friday? (I'm in manchester next weekend and planning to go) x

I think my Aunt's going to help her claim some compensation.
We're going to miss Ara as we're off down to Southampton on Thurs for a few days. Shame as it would have been good to meet up. Have a nice weekend though. We'll have to drag our lazy arses down to Nottingham for a change!
