About a year ago I decided to write original fic. Now, those who know, know that I have really struggled with this because I'm convinced I don't know these characters. :) So I have started and stopped and whined and moaned for most of that last year - cause I'm a big old baby. This is difficult and sad and achy and just a little sweet, just enough to make you really feel how hard this is for her. I love the rhythm of the language and the contrast between her physical reaction and her desperate need to turn off her brain - and her inability to do so.

Really, really lovely. You can definitely do this. :D

I love the flow of this. I feel the rise and fall of her oncoming orgasm. And the desperation to block out all other emotions or feelings.

Beautifully done. And surely you tantalize us! Now I need to know why Caitlyn's self-esteem is so low. And who is Brian? mmmmm?

It's a lovely fragment of something much larger, I can tell, and the emotion threading through it is sweetly powerful. I hope there's more to the story; you have intriguing questions to be answered!
