Awwww! I love the glimpses we get of the older generation in this, the way Dave and Emily are still so much in love. I'm a little sad for Will, but at the same time I can see it. And Henry and Ella are so great. Man, I remember those feelings, and having a boyfriend three hours away was bad enough. Trying to make an LDR work is lousy. I'm so glad they've made it. :)

I think you've done such a marvelous job of taking characters we don't know and integrating them into a Universe we not only know, but love intensely.

I love how Ella is part Dave and part Emily and how they both love her so fiercely. And the thing with Will and the beer? So subtle and so compassionate and absolutely PERFECT.

This chapter is made of all sorts of win. I like that Ella still goes to Dad for love advice. And major, major WIN for Ella not immediately agreeing to follow Henry to Phoenix. Its so refreshing to read a story where a young woman doesn't give up her hopes and dreams just to be with some guy; not that I don't want Henry and Ella together. I'm glad they're figuring out the long distance thing.

And awwwwww at Dave and Emily still being in love. That scene was just so sweet.

I can't wait to read more.

Wonderful, wonderful chapter! Ella is a great girl and I´m glad they made it through the "long distance-relationship". Fantastic characterization and an extra AWWWWW for the "tiny sweet Emily and Dave" scene.
