CSM, actually. After seeing him wine and dine Scully in En Ami, I think he would be a charming/witty/interesting dinner partner. I think Krycek would be too shifty, Mulder would hate it, and...I'm just not smart enough for Scully's company, lol.

Byers, totally. If you can't trust a man groomed like Byers, you can't trust anyone. Padgett (Scully's stalker) comes in a close second - he seems like a low-maintanence roommate.
