Aiko Nazomi was quite a powerful woman. She'd seen and survived many different things in her life. Sexism. Prolonged recession. Attempts on her life. But through it all the CEO perservered; it taught her to be afraid of nothing.

"....No...."

But the sight of the tall, lanky girl walking into her room made her heart stop.

"You...!!"

"Hello." Mamoru stared at the woman she had not seen in over a decade. "You seem surprised to see me."

"I....!!" Immediately Aiko reached for her phone. "You're...not allowed in here! This office is-"

"Security isn't going to help you this time, aunt."

Those words forced Aiko to stop and stare as she held the phone in mid-air. It couldn't be true. She was the head of a billion-dollar business, this litle girl couldn't just waltz in like she owned everything

"All this money," the teenager said ruefully. "So how much did it cost to dump me in that orphanage, to change my last name so you'd clear the way for your oh-so-meteoric rise to business world fame? Or, how much less than your trips to Vidal Sassoon - or a simple car inspection - did it cost."

"I...." Aiko found herself at a loss for words. ".....I...."

"Speechless?" Mamoru turned back to face her aunt. "You? A surprise. You always seemed so chatty and defensive on television."

With that, the girl flopped down onto the leather couch, her eyes staring at the businesswoman as she did. The teenager's black-and-lime-green shirt flew up as she landed, revealing her Spider-Man print underwear, which, Aiko could not help but notice, were clearly faded and barethread from years of wear. After the thump of Mamoru hitting the couch (and putting her argyle-clad feet on it) there was silence as the two stared at each other, one with fear, the other with abject anger and hate
