Acccckkk Damned blinking icons!

I'm sooo pissed! I spent 3 whole hours trying to make a blinking icon with the Photoshop and now I don't know how to upload it! It says it's too big (image size) it's really tiny! The size is 100x100 as required.... I'm sooo pissed Pfffffffff pffff and pfffffff
