That is quite possibly more makeup than I have ever had all together in my entire life.

Oh, by far, same here. I have powder-based makeup, like eyeshadow, that I've had for years, and I still haven't used it all up.

Dang! TC and I both wear makeup every day and she wears it for the stage, and we don't even have a quarter that much between us.

Wow. I probably own, all together, about one twentieth of that amount of makeup. I bought 2 new blushes and 3 eye pencils some months ago and considered myself well rolling in it to own several colours at once. I can't even imagine... a dining table full of makeup... that would be so expensive!

Wow, that is a lot of make-up. I'm also not sure why somebody would collect that much. I man, surely they can't use it all before it kind of goes bad?

Perhaps because there was this constant vibe of some kind of desperation, that if one could just find The One True Cosmetic, life would somehow be better.

That's so sad, really.
