You can just change the name of the tag, and it goes for all the entries. But if you want to actually retag your entries you'd have to do it by hand.

Oh, thanks for that info - I didn't know that. Yes, I'm just wanting to rename some of my tags. I have a lot of tags, so I'm not sure if it would be feasible to rename them all, or if they all really need re-tagging. I like this new system, though, so I think I'll put at least some effort into fixing up my tags.
