Aw, it's Rabastan! (And Rodolphus of course.) It is so great to see you here! And now I get a glimpse of little!Rabastan, before Hogwarts, before anything! And he thought money sprouted from the ground, like all other good things. This is so Rab, and so young. And it so perfectly combines his position and privilege with his naive confidence that all good things he must naturally have a related source, and one for which he felt affinity and pleasure. Ha, when I was a kid I thought shrimps grow in trees, IDK why =D

And of course kids have more uncomplicated compassion for beggars =S
