Yay Team Staal won the All-Star Skillz Competition! :) My boys acquitted themselves well.
Today was a cheat day- I didn't count calories or even exercise- but I'm allowed to do that once a week. (gotta have something) Tomorrow I have to get back with the program. :)

Last night I dreamed about Patrick Kane (in a totally non-sexual way, thank goodness!).. not nearly as exciting.
