Totally late to catching up on Grey's, but I really loved this. It was so realistic and I'm really fond of any Jackson/April hints :)

I really wish there had been more focus on them after the shooting. But I'm glad that the show is finally putting some small bits of them in the story. (Jackson's mom coming to visit was fantastic.)

Your tone here is really quite perfect for the way that people disintegrate and rebuild after tragedy.
