This was SO GOOD. The characterization of both Sheldon and Penny is super, and Leonard is spot on (a basically nice guy who finds relationships confusing, the way he should be even if the show itself isn't letting him be that right now), and I loved the development of the tension between them and Sheldon slowly coming around (behavior modification FTW) in a very realistic way.

Is it awesome fic day on Paradox or something?

I was really worried about how Leonard came off here, especially because of how they've written him this year. I didn't know if I was keeping consistent at least with the S1/S2 version of him that I actively liked. So thanks for that. And I wasn't sure if I made the tension and the lead up realistic at all, so hearing this is a big relief.

GUH.

I've basically taken a vacation from reading Sheldon and Penny fic because of school and I totally think it's fate that the first one I go back to was this one. It was AAAAAAAAAWESOME. Like, seriously. Beyond amazing. I love the characterizations and the interactions. It was like watching an episode of the show, but from the eyes of the characters, if that makes any sense. I loved it--so so so so much.

AND PLEASE... WRITE MORE!

I definitely was trying for a more episodic feel than i had in any of my previous fics, actually, so that totally makes a lot of sense.

WOW this was great! I loved every bit of it. The ending was perfect, so casual but so significant, I don't know, I loved it. Sheldon was wonderful, you write him so well :D I loved the exchange in part one where Sheldon was like, "Good afternoon, boy isn't it chilly, I see you have a new boyfriend." LOL that needs to be in the show, you can see him just quickly going through the motions of small talk.

Love the evolution of his emotions and his interactions with Penny, it was very realistic and well-done.

I didn't really know how to end this, but I figured some big epic ending would feel cheesy in the face of, well, the show's style and the way I'd written this. So I went with something casual, something that could just be another scene, you know?

lol, Sheldon hates small talk and I figured he'd go about it somewhat like that. That's actually a favorite part of mine from this.
