I love these two and the way they are together. You've captured that here so well.

But it is. Owen with his eyes on hers and his hands shoved so deep in his pockets... -- I love that image of Owen. Perfect.

I really liked this.

“I don’t know who that was,” she says, in lieu of the ‘I probably wouldn’t have even wanted that person’ (he likes to think he knows her better than she wants him too; but perhaps that’s another lie in a string of them). “And I don’t know who this person is either.”

At least, he thinks, looking for something to salvage in all of that, she didn’t say she didn’t want to. It’s dangerous, this line of thinking, a bad way to get your hopes up. It makes him go and say stupid things such as, “I’m not sure I do either.”

That was my favorite part. I don't think Cristina knows how to handle someone like Owen but she's at least giving it a try. I mean just imagine if they'd met during S1... Whatever people think about her relationship with Burke, I think he helped her grow.

Cristina doesn't know how to handle a lot of people. But you're right, she is trying, and without everything that happened between her and Burke I don't think she would be bothering. I'm a big believer in the idea that her relationship with Burke changed her a bit, helped her to grow a bit -- of course it probably also screwed her up enough to doom her in future relationships, but you can't win some days can you?

Oh, that was awesome, I swear these two are basically all that's keeping me interested in Grey's at the moment apart from Alex.

Great work as usual, really looking forward to see where they're going with these two.
