I wrote out a review but then lj was retarded and didn't post it. But anyway!

Great job, as always. The way you write these two completely fits with my idea of them, both as individuals and as a couple. I liked how the whole thing was terribly angsty, but with a touch of hope... Specifically at the end, the fact that it could go either was was very interesting, I thought. I also liked the idea of Alex being the clingy, overbearing one in the relationship now. It made me ache for him.

I think we're oddly on the same page with these two -- which is not necessarily something I'm complaining about lol. And as much as I refuse to see Alex as the clingy one...well, we saw that at the end of Season Two, after they got back together the second time and I feel like we're rapidly descending into the same territory.

Oh man, I hadn't even thought about season 2 like that. Completely makes sense, though... I mean Alex was all cute and bringing her cupcakes and Izzie was like DENNY. Bleh.

I'm getting so nervous with the news of Katherine Heigl leaving that things aren't going to end up well for these two as a couple... I'm worried about the repercussions of that on Alex.

Well, tbh...there is no way it's going to end well. And I highly doubt we will be seeing a lot of Alex once that happens. I have a feeling that he will be an unfortunate casualty of actors who can't get their shit together.

Aww, this was so sad. With the way Izzie has been acting lately, I feel like she could have a very similar reaction to what you depicted. I also think that if she took a trip away from Seattle, she just wouldn't come back. Which is depressing because I don't think Alex could bear it. Rebecca was bad enough but this would shatter him. Fabulous job.

I don't know -- I wanted to give this a definitive ending originally but I can't bring myself to say she would for sure not come back. I think she might. I would hope she might.
