You know Alex is going to bring it up. Probably he'll be pissed off at Izzie and taking out on George, but if anyone is going to tell Lexie that George slept with Meredith once upon a time, it will be Alex. Whom I assume knows. I could be wrong.

What I love about Lexie/George is that its bringing back the GEorge we all know in love and not the one we've been seeing the last year or so.

They all know. He took a blind guess about why George was so pissed at Meredith, and ended up right on the money which caused an interesting dropjaw moment. It was like...219 I think.
