I really, really enjoyed this! There aren't nearly enough intern (now residents) interaction fics out there, and for me, that's what I really used to love about the show. You managed to both capture the group dynamic and the New Year's Eve feeling AND added some Izzie/Alex sparkage. 's perfect for me. ;-)

You really captured the feel of the show here, something quiet happening in the middle of a lot of goofy chaos. I'm always a sucker for good (but realistic!) Izzie/Alex, and this didn't disappoint. :)
