This is excellent. I love how no gets an easy or pretty portrayal. Two sentiments, that Locke ignores the dead which makes him good for his job, and the last section, with Alex reminding Richard of her father, stuck out for me.

How wonderfully fucked-up, like them. I can totally imagine that Alex comes back to haunt Richard, especially considering the history of the island and their past that you so beautifully painted here. Richard falling apart on the inside while trying to remain composed on the outside... fascinating. Great work here!

that was fascinating! I love the mix of woman and child in Alex, and how Richard is pulled towards it. that she comes back, haunting him, is really well done especially how he never ages, so it should go on a while. great insights on both and on Ben and Locke too!
