There's a lot that I love about this, from the image of Ji Yeon and Aaron living as siblings, to them finding the newspaper clipping, to the reveal that Kate went back to island. I'd love to see some kind of follow up to this, actually, if you're ever up for it. Great job!

I figured people were going to ship them, so I did the opposite and turned them into siblings.

I've considered a follow-up but I just don't see that happening. Then again, things change.

Glad you liked this! Thanks for reading!

It's fascinating to see a fic that projects so much forward into the future. It's something I never really think about except in passing; both Ji Yeon and Aaron are going to have tons and tons of questions - Aaron especially - and you wonder if they'll grow up blissfully ignorant or if they're discover the truth. Even more, I wonder what they'd do once they did have the truth. It would be interesting to see where this fic would go from here. :)

It's tough writing that far into the future -- but it's fun too. And I'm kind of thinking about continuing but there is too much of a good thing so I wonder...

I'm glad you liked this! Thanks for reading!

This was so well done. I thought the kids' characterizations were great, very believable. And the story itself is sad, though I can't help feeling that in the long run it's better that they know the truth, even though it's painful. I'm impressed that you managed an 'end of childhood' story in such a short fic.

This was my kind of out on a limb story. I don't usually write kids, I don't like them in fic, but these two are canon and they are much easier to work with if they are teenagers. And yeah, it is better to know versus go through your life believing a set of lies.

I'm glad you liked this! Thanks for reading!
