The Kate/Sarah mix-up really threw me. Just him sinking that low to make that kind of mistake is shocking. Really well-written, and your breakdown of Jack is perfect.

It's one of those cases where you're not thinking clearly and call someone by the wrong name. If I've experienced a similiar situation I tend to get names and places mixed up. That's really what I was playing at here.

Wow...just...wow. This is stunningly heartbreaking. Considering the state Jack is in in TTLG and how things are between him and Kate, I could see every last scene of this happening. Everything about this just got to me, right to the core. It hurts, because you're such a powerful writer; everything works. It knocked my socks off!
