Depressing, but Keller is in character and so is she. Great idea, BTW. (In my head she gets out eventually)

Yeah, those are the two I was focused on. And in my head, she dies. (wasn't this your idea?)

Thanks for reading!

It is very possible that it was my idea, but I have no memory (you know this) so you can take the credit and I'll be none the wiser.

Well I believe it was anyway, so thank you, if just for keeping me sane.

I like this:) I can picture this happening which is always good. Although that being said, I have no idea who the people are from OZ (except Ryan, whom I think you wrote about before and Peter Criss, though I don't know who he played).

lol, I'm surprised you even read it because of the weird fandoms. I know you know Ryan (and the guy Peter Criss played isn't in this BTW) but for imagery's sake here's Keller for you.

Thanks for reading this, and I'm really glad you like it!

Ah. Ok, Now its easier to picture:) Though he makes me think of that guy on SVU

I didn't know who he played at all, just knew that somewhere on there he played a character and since I knew what Peter looked like, *shrugs*

He is that guy on SVU. That's Chris Meloni. The Law and Order cast is also the Oz cast in a lot of cases.

I think he was Marty Montgomery for future reference, in case I write him in something.

never watched Oz but i still really enjoyed reading this and sawyer sneaking in as a lawyer made my little skater heart very happy :)

Love this line
She doesn’t ask what she really wants to know "do you miss me?” “Does leaving the others behind still make your stomach turn like it does mine?

Most of my flist hasn't watched Oz before so you are very much not alone. And having Sawyer in this fic versus Jack just felt natural given the setting.

As far as the line I was attempting to keep in line with the show, maybe hinting towards why Jack wants to go back so bad.

I'm glad you liked this! Thanks for reading!

I've never watched Oz, but even without knowing the characters, I really liked this. Your characterization of Kate is excellent. I love the addition of island characters in Sawyer's visit (the comparison of the bars in prison and on the island gave me chills) and in Sun's letter (for some reason that made me sadder than the Kate/Sawyer goodbye - Sun's wanting to visit but not being able to).

Thanks for sharing this!

Well I'm glad you read it even if you've never seen the show. It means a lot to me. And I really wanted to find some way to put the other Losties into this and Sawyer just felt right. Sun also pops up a lot in my Kate-related fics.

Thanks for reading this, and I'm glad you liked it!

When I read the summary I assumed Sawyer would be the one in OZ but it appears Kate has taken over Shirley's cell. Nice dialogue between Kate and Keller and Sawyer and Kate. So sad! I hope Sister Pete comes to talk to Kate.

Well I've seen many people put Sawyer in Oz so I decided to do the opposite with this. And it's interesting that you bring up Sister Pete -- she was in the story before I cut a bunch of stuff out when I changed direction with this. Kind of makes me wish I'd kept it in there.

I'm glad you liked this (and I'm glad to see another Oz fan on LJ, there aren't very many it seems, least not that I know)! Thanks for reading!
