lol, still no. The one I've got issues with is a Lost fic, centered around Libby. I just haven't typed it up yet. Sorry to keep you guessing.

However, I'm really glad that you thought it was well laid out. This is another one of those fics that I did in the middle of the night (you're not the only one with insomnia) so sometimes I'm not entirely sure of myself, and it helps to hear positive feedback from others.

I'm extremely hormonal/emotional today and I actually shed a tear at “She’s really gone isn’t she?”.

This is the first fic without happy Maddison ending that I've read and I really enjoyed it! I would love to see a solid Derek/Mark friendship, even with "slashy undertones", on the show, instead of Mark/whoever/God forbid Lexie or Derek/whoever/God forbid Lexie, which happens to be my biggest season four fear. :)

While I liked Mark/Addison, it is over for the foreseeable future, and honestly I kind of uninvested myself in that ship awhile back. I knew before I started this that it wouldn't be a happy ending for them, and I don't see them getting one, at least not now.

I would, however, love to see a Mark/Derek friendship. And I definitly don't mind something more than that in fic. We need solid friendships between the men, and we don't really have any at the moment. And anyone/Lexie is just squick-worthy.

I like this. You don't disregard Addison or Meredtih, and you put thier friendship back in place.

Well disregarding them would be totally stupid, IMO. You can't just pick characters, and pretend everything/everyone else that are so important to their storylines just doesn't exist. I hate people who gloss over things like that without a reason. And I really love their friendship so I really wanted to try and fix it.

And hey, you were close with the icon and that's what counts.

I see alot of that unfortunitly. There are fics out there where people turn characters into what they aren't to make the reader uber sympathitic to thier main character/pairing. Or they forget the character existed at all.

I know. It's like with a lot of triangles, you'll see the other person, the third wheel, get turned into the villian so as to make the person more sympathetic to the main pairing. It's complete and utter bull in my opinion.

Yeah, I agree. It would be nice if she would go somewhere with it, and it looks like she will from what I've heard.
