I hate having the most perfect, most tremendous opportunity thrust right in front of my face, only to realize that neither I nor my family can afford to pay for that opportunity. Why the FUCK doesn't opportunity come free? Why isn't higher education free, now that I think of it? Why should we have to pay to learn and be intellectual?! I'm already ( Read more... )

sounds like fun to go to Spain for just one week and not a full freakin' semester! But yeh money problems suck, is the trip included or do you have to pay for that yourself?? Spain sounds like fun, but doesn't seem very worthwhile. I mean you could be missing out, but London next year sounds a lot better, since the trip is included and the tuition is better. Spain sounds like a place better spent to go during the summer. London is also a very interesting place...eat the queen!! LOL
