are you looking for a great journaling site to join? if so, you should join scribbld.net! it's pretty new so it has a lot of great usernames open still. but it's not brand new so it also has plenty of communities up & active. the layout styles are open for all users. you get way more icons when you join than livejournal. no ads. you can customize your comment pages even if you're a free user. just try it & see for yourself. :)
