Well, I'm doing this for those that either rarely use livejournal (use something else and might want to be contacted there) or lost touch with in general - or whichever erason. I started off asking people if they want to stay or be removed from my flist and that turned into a mess. So, instead I'm asking individually... Would you like to remain though we don't talk often now? If not, I understand.
