I probably have seen Oingo Boingo over 40 times, they were my all time favorite band when I was in high school. Is the tribute bands name "Dead Mans Party" ? If it is, Ive heard them before and they sound great, the lead singer sounds just like Danny Elfman.

Yup it's that guy from Dead Man's Party. In fact I think most of the band was Dead Man's Party.
