*He hadn't realized just how deep the cut in his arm had been, or just how much he had bled until he slipped his suit jacket off and tore off the blood soaked arm of his shirt. After attempting to bandage it, it probably needs stitches, he decides he needs to wash the blood off his body. Just because he's crashed on some unknown island doesn't mean he has to look like some disaster survivor
( ... )
*The deep voice that answers him is one he's never heard before, but Naruto is hardly paying attention to who he's using as a crutch until he can gather his wits.*
*Is about to disengage from Sasuke because he's not looking for charity or pity, especially when he has a job to do collecting as much hydrating liquid as possible until it begins to rain, but instead Sasuke pulls him closer and drapes Naruto's arm around his neck, helping him get away from the waves.*
*Once they're out of the water his boots start squelching because it's very moist in there. No, he didn't bother to take his boots off before he went walking into the ocean.* I'm tired, so I got dizzy. I haven't been sleeping, I feel like ... I haven't slept in a long time. Not in the past week. *He's rambling, but not totally relying on Sasuke to carry his weight anymore. Naruto isn't about to drop dead, but he could use some shade.* I didn't mean to fall on you, especially not if you're hurt. If you are, there's this doctor ... she's a redhead.
*Is not interested in this guy's sleeping problems, but grunts a response as he leads Naruto over to the tree he had hung his clothes at, not really caring if that's where Naruto wants to go or not*
I said it was fine, and I'm not hurt. *Knows what redhead Naruto is talking about and has no interest in dealing with any women after the one he left behind in Australia.*
*Stops by the tree and impatiently waits for Naruto to move away from him, if not, on the count of three he's dropping him*
*Goes with Sasuke because he's taking him to the shade, which is where he wants to go right now.*
Okay, that's good. You're lucky. *Can't say the same for most of the people who were on the flight. Has seen some pretty gruesome things today.*
*Moves away so he can sit down heavily, not waiting for Sasuke to drop him.* Thanks. *Sighs, leaning his back against the tree and closing his eyes.* I'm just gonna sleep.
*And just like that, he's out in about a minute, his head hanging at a strange angle as he slumps to the side against the tree ... looking altogether uncomfortable. But he doesn't wake up, and pretty soon drool builds up and the corner of his mouth and starts leaking out and traveling down his cheek, which is a sure sign he's in dreamland.*
