Its a privilege, we are a democratic, not communist nation. Do you want a government official in a nice suit wiping your butt and chewing your food for you too? Things that are government funded usually dont work well at all. If I have to go to a doctor that is the same caliber as some of my teachers, then I'll probably just go with a spiritual

Privilege. You already have the right to find your own healthcare provider and insurer. Under a government plan you would not have the right to healthcare, just a queue line. Under Hillary-Care it would have been a federal offense to find your own doctor. That doesn't sound like the reinforcement of rights to me.

Look at the success of the VA, a government managed health care system and it is failing... big time!
