I work for a city government.
The mayor says we have another decade of this.
But there is new construction for businesses and residences being proposed in the zoning board.
I'm inclined to agree with you and the car carrier.

I'm tracking the divorce rate. Right now, people can't afford to divorce because they don't make enough to support two households, and since the housing market is flat, they can't sell the "family home" and split the proceeds.

When the divorce rate goes back up, it will mean the economy has recovered.
