this weekend i got into two physical fights. two different nights with two differernt people. and they were both men.
and it happened a couple months ago too with a like 35 year old man.

i dont know what has gotten into me, but lately when i get mad i can't help but be extremely violent. whether it be to others or myself.

yes, he did. although i could have just ignored him since i don't really care that much about him.
but instead i felt the need to deck him in the face.
