Okay, so yesterday was definitely the best day of the year so far, and possibly one of the best ever, so it deserves telling from beginning to end. The Deitch Gallery downtown is sponsoring an exhibit in conjunction with Be Kind Rewind where you get to go and, for free, make a spur-of-the-moment film, a la the "Sweded" films from the movie. You are living my dream, second kid, i always wanted to be an actress, only problem is, i was never ready for my close up!!! sounds like a blast, hope i get to see the finished product some day, maybe when jacob burns has the next 'short subject' showing and yours will be selected and i can say im the mother of that thar cashier!!!

They actually keep the movie at the gallery--in theory, anyone can go in and request to watch it. Weird, right?
